Beauty Within Rituals is a bi-monthly 0-minute online workshop designed to soothe your nervous system and enhance your skin’s natural glow. This session offers a combination of self-guided facial massage, face and body yoga, and tapping techniques to help you: Relieve tension in your face, jaw, neck, head, and shoulders.

What to Expect in the Session? 💆‍♂️

✨ A 30-minute immersive ritual including:

Guided facial massage: Using gentle, intentional touch to relieve tension and promote relaxation.

Face and body yoga: Simple movements to enhance circulation and release stress.

Tapping techniques: Methods to calm the nervous system and foster inner peace.

✔ Clean hands and a mirror (optional, as you can follow along on screen).

✔ A comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
