A Kinder Plan for 2026 (event)

Design Your 2026: a guided pause (not a “new year, new you” project)

If you’re heading into 2026 feeling a bit… mixed (tired-but-trying, cautiously optimistic, quietly overwhelmed, all of the above) - this is for you.

Design Your 2026 is a 90-minute live online workshop designed to help you slow down, look back at 2025 with honesty, and figure out what you actually want to carry into the year ahead (and what you’re ready to leave behind).

This isn’t about “fixing yourself” or setting shiny goals you’ll feel guilty about by February. It’s more like: a calm reset, with structure, so your brain can exhale.

What we’ll do together

With guidance from Mindfulness tTeacher Daniela Bragato, you’ll be led through a structured reflection to help you:

  • look at what worked in 2025 (and what quietly drained you)

  • name what you’re ready to release as we settle into 2026

  • get clear on what matters most across life/work/health

  • turn that into 3–5 grounded intentions that feel realistic

  • leave with one simple first step for January

When and how

  • When: Tuesday 13 January, 8pm UK time - it's recorded

  • Where: Online (join from wherever you are)

  • Cost: £5

  • Duration: 90 minutes

And if you can’t make it live, you can still watch the recording
