Refunds & Returns Policy (Digital Services)

We don’t offer refunds for our digital sessions. You can try a session for free before you buy or rent. This helps you decide if it’s right for you.

What this covers
Our products are digital services/digital content delivered by streaming or download. There’s nothing to ship back and no physical returns.

No refunds
Once you purchase or rent a session and we grant access, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please use the free trial to check suitability before buying.

Your legal rights (faulty content)
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights. If the digital content is defective (for example, it won’t play, access is not provided, or there’s a technical fault we can’t fix within a reasonable time), contact us within 30 days and we’ll repair, replace, or refund the affected purchase, as required by consumer law. We may ask for basic diagnostics so we can resolve the issue quickly.

EU/UK 14-day cooling-off (digital content)
By purchasing/renting and choosing immediate access, you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge you lose your 14-day right to change your mind once access begins.
If you don’t want immediate access and wish to keep the 14-day withdrawal right, please do not start the session and contact us before accessing it. We’ll delay activation or cancel per your request.

How to get help
If you have a technical issue, were charged in error, or couldn’t access your session, email help@clementineapp.co.uk with:

• Order number, email and date

• Device/OS and app version (if relevant)

• What happened and any error message

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved for a fault or legal reason, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank/card issuer may take longer to post it.

Gift cards & promotions
Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
