Thank You + A Few Updates Based on Your Feedback

Hi, it's Kim here :)

First off just wanted to say a big thank you. We're in the early days of the new digital wellbeing library, and your feedback has been invaluable. It means a lot that so many of you have taken the time to email, message, and share what’s working (and what isn’t). We’re listening closely, and here’s what we’ve already done in response:

You said you needed more time to decide.
Totally fair. From next week, you’ll be able to listen to every session twice for free - so you can get a proper feel for whether it’s right for you before you commit.

You asked for clearer pricing.
We’ve added pricing details to every session card so there’s no guessing or clicking around to find the cost.

You wanted to know how long each session is - especially for sleep support.
Good call. We’ve now added session length to the front of each card so you can choose what suits your evening.

You asked for more variety in price points.
We hear you. Very soon, we’re adding a whole collection of deep sleep music at a really accessible price, so you can start building your library your way. We also have huge discounts when you purchase a bundle too - we'll keep monitoring to find the sweet point for you and us.

You wondered if sessions from the old app had moved over.
Yes-100%. Some of the most-loved sessions are now available in the new library. They’ve helped so many people, and we wanted to make sure they were easy to access as singles.

You asked about gifting.
It’s live! You can now gift individual sessions to someone who needs a little support—without needing a full subscription. Go wild.

We’ll keep evolving things with intention. So the model works for you, for us, and for the therapists who create this work. Please keep the feedback coming.
