I am a certified Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Face Yoga, and Aerial Silks teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience worldwide. My own journey through burnout and hormonal imbalance led me to deepen my yoga practice, restore my health, and discover the healing power of Face Yoga. Today, my mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and unlock their true potential through mindful, holistic techniques.
