Today, prepare a meal, and sit down with yourself, with no distractions.

Reflect upon:

  • How does it feel to be in silence?
  • What thoughts are present?
  • How does your body feel?
  • Is this comfortable or uncomfortable?
  • Have you ever had a silent meal before?
    Or is this your first time?

If you can implement this more frequently into your daily eating habits, you will start to be more present with your food, and your body, creating a healthy relationship with yourself and your eating habits.
